Tiffany Storey, is the founder and Executive Director of Storeyhouse Counseling & Consulting LLC. She is a licensed professional counselor with 19+ years’ experience working with families and adolescents in community-based outreach and program development and 10+ years’ experience in mental health with a specific focus on severe mental illness, transitional living, crisis intervention, socio-emotional development and leadership development.

 

Tiffany is passionate about providing clients support to manage and overcome challenging life issues. She has done this through intensive inpatient/residential psychiatric care, outpatient therapy as well as consultation and professional development with local school systems, nonprofits and community programs. Tiffany offers unique expertise and experience as she has worked in the private and public sector for both mental health and business/economic enterprise. 

 

As a small business owner for 13+ years, Tiffany leverages her counseling therapy skills and business management experience to help businesses and schools assess problem areas and identify gaps. Her experience as a change manager and leadership developer allows her to capitalize on opportunity areas while improving organizational and team outcomes, increasing productivity and boosting employee morale.

 

Tiffany is on a mission to create "mental wealth" which she believes is developed through "collaboration, positive relationships, access to resources, skill development and education.” She advocates that developing healthy and resilient children, families and communities comes through systemic change; by not only guiding individual clients through their personal crisis but also partnering with schools, community leaders and local businesses.
