Our client's trust and confidence is our highest priority. Protecting the information that you share is critical to maintaining your trust and ensuring your success. There are also laws in place to protect that information. You have the right to confidentiality and privacy, and any services that we provide will ensure your right. 

Exceptions/ Limits to confidentiality:

  • Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, for which our we are required by law to report to the appropriate authorities.

  • If a client is threatening bodily harm or injury to another person(s), we must notify the police and inform the intended victim.

  • If a client intends to harm himself or herself, we will make every effort to obtain their cooperation in ensuring their safety. If they do not cooperate, we will take further measures without their permission as we are mandated by law in order to ensure their safety.
